The rules

Here's the deal. We've gotta loose weight. What better way than to make it a competition where we can talk smack about each other.
  • Weigh in each week, on Wednesday.
  • Most weight lost is winner (not percentage, flat out weight loss).
  • Looser(s) send the winner $5 at the end of each week.
  • At the end of each month person who lost the most over the month gets an additional $10 from each looser.
  • Daily post on sugar consumption. Fruit doesn't count as sugar, but pastries, candy, etc do.
May the most competitive man win.
