Not as awsome
I was able to loss 4 lbs this week giving Nick the win for the week. but infortunitly, I have lost a little less then 12 lbs for the month. Sorry Nick.

I lost 7.1 pounds. Putting me at 202.1. A total of 10.4 pounds lost in september.

Doing good
Didn't want to report too soon and inspire Tim to try harder. Think of it as a sneak attack.
I did a juice cleanse starting Friday. Let me tell you, explosive diarrhea and sharts. I don't know what Dr. Christopher was thinking when he came up with the plan. Honestly how can something that practically causes incontinence be good for you?
I also wanted to exercise every day this week. I only managed to do it Thursday. I won't do it today either. I have a big presentation to give tomorrow and it still needs a lot of work.
I fully expect to win this week. I don't expect to win the month, but I wouldn't be completely shocked if I did.

This week so far
Not looking good for this week. I took my wife on a date with my son t0night to Olive Garden. We didn't eat as much as we could have because we love there desert. We both got there black tie moose pie. Tomorrow is fast sunday and I have plenty of excess to last through tomorrow then I have racquetball monday and wed. I had better push it tuesday.

Not proud
This was not a great week. I did bust my butt more than the week before but I also ate a lot of stuff I shouldn’t have. I think I got a little too cocky because of the first week. I did happen to loss 1.8 lbs which puts me at 290.7.
It’s also been a harsh week for me and I’m an emotional eater. Last Thursday I was really hating my classes and ran around campus trying to find out what to do to switch them. Nothing could be done until Monday. On Monday I was able to drop 6 class’s and pick up 5 new ones. Two supply chain class’s that I already have taken (trying to get a better grade and get more out of it, I squeaked by last time), two religion class’s, and my fav., a racquetball class. This coming week should be good. I hope Nick is working hard. This competition with him has been more motivating than any other weightloss attempt I’ve ever done. Don’t ask me why. Bring it on nick. Hey, we also need a little smack talk if you want. Get the wives into the smack talk.

Progress?
I once again lost some weight. Though it's not much. Wii Fit says I lost 1.1 pounds. That puts me a 209.1. My official WiiFit goal was 2 lbs every two weeks. So I'll be able to do that.
Hearing about Tim and bleachers has really put a fire under my kettle ... um, motivated me to try harder. I really need to start working out if I want beat him. I've got one last weigh in before we declare a winner for September. I have to make up Tim's 6 pound lead as well as loose more weight than him next week. I assume that would be 10 lbs in a week. I was wrestler, I'm pretty sure I could do it, but it would hurt and at least half that will just be fake weight loss (dehydration, etc).
Of course I could send Tim some candy bars with his 5 dollars.

Racetball

bad week so far
After winning this last week, I’ve gotten a little over confident. I was craving a big juicy hamburger one night and made a late run to jack in the box. Also, yesterday Carisa and I had a really busy day cutting vinyl so we rented a movie and got some ice cream. Beside those things, I’ve been trying to eat well and work out. Today it is a little hard to walk. I went to the school and ran up and down the bleachers until I couldn’t walk. 24 hours later and I really almost can’t walk. I’ve never had my calves hurt from a workout before. Either I worked them harder than ever before or, I’m more out of shape than I’ve ever been. Maybe a little of both. The good thing is that I do much better eating what I need during the school week. I take carrots and cherub tomatoes to school as a snack. It’s been nice.

Ate some sugar :(
I didn't check in after the trip to fair. I ate 1/4 of a funnel cake (shared it with Gailyn, Tekara, and Aviendha). I had most of cup of hawiaan ice. And worst of all I had an ice cream cone, luckily I was able to show some restraint and only get a single scoop.
The next day I had 1 to 2 cups of mini marshmellows. The had started to go stale making them chewy. I love them like that. Aviendha was eating them, she got bored and I finished them off. I had to work extra hard on Monday to break the sugar trend.
I was sugar free till Friday. I two bites of a cookie. It just OK so I threw the rest away.
I had buttered popcorn for dinner! Gailyn and I went to see 9 in the theater. I got popcorn as I always do, but Gailyn asked if we could get it buttered. We did and I ate most of it. I'm pretty sure there was enough calories there to count as dinner so for the rest of the night I had water.

I lost some weight ?!?
Well as per Tim's request we're going to do our weekly weigh in in the mornings. Supposedly that will keep our weights more accurate. I just did the body test on the wii and I've lost 2.4 pounds! On top of that I told the wii that I only wearing medium weight clothes not the heavy like last time. So right now I weight bit over 210. I think the morning weigh in might have something to do with it.

Food in-take
I have been really good lately but not perfict. I had a hand ful of penut M&M's yesturday and I make carib balls thinking those would be good for me but my lovely wife is now telling me that the honey isn't good for me and is just as bad as suger. for the love of Pete.
Besides that, I'm doing pretty good. I've been eating mostly fruits and veg. and still liking it.

first checkin
Well I was planning to blog everyday about my sugar intake. I haven't done that. But the good news is I haven't eaten any.
Last night I had a Mushroom melt from Zips. Not quite sugar, but still. In the end I only half the bun, it was too much food and I really like the hamburger and mushrooms (so I ate them). The good news is I didn't order a shake. Wanted to but didn't.
Gailyn bought some dehydrated mangoes, delicious. Closest thing to sugar I've eaten.
This morning I had Quinoa. I put some brown sugar on it.
Now the bad news. We're going to the Colfax fair tonight. I'm sure Aviendha(2yrs) will have a blast. We should enjoy ourselves just watching her. Unfortunately it's a fair, I'll probably end up eating some sugar.

First Weigh in
So I'm using WiiFit to measure my weight. I hope it will inspire me to use it a bit more.
Current weight 213, but I told WiiFit that I had heavy clothes on.
Next time I'll weigh in in shorts, which mean Tim'll probably win the first week. But if he doesn't, i am king

The rules
Here's the deal. We've gotta loose weight. What better way than to make it a competition where we can talk smack about each other.
- Weigh in each week, on Wednesday.
- Most weight lost is winner (not percentage, flat out weight loss).
- Looser(s) send the winner $5 at the end of each week.
- At the end of each month person who lost the most over the month gets an additional $10 from each looser.
- Daily post on sugar consumption. Fruit doesn't count as sugar, but pastries, candy, etc do.
